Then great fires raged over the land.
We had touched no flint, made no fire.
We thought that it was a fire and stopped.
They sit in the sun in summer and they sit by the fire in winter.
Your eyes are as a flame, but our brothers have neither hope nor fire.
At night, we choose a clearing, and we build a ring of fires around it.
And in these fires the Evil Ones and all the things made by the Evil Ones were burned.
We made a fire, we cooked the bird, and we ate it, and no meal had ever tasted better to us.

The fire flickers in the oven and blue shadows dance upon the walls, and there is no sound of men to disturb us.
The fires smoulder as a crown of jewels around us, and smoke stands still in the air, in columns made blue by the moonlight.
And the drops of water falling from their hands, as they raised the water to their lips, were like sparks of fire in the sun.
The second blow stopped the first, and for a second we felt nothing, then the pain struck us in our throat and fire ran in our lungs without air.
And the fire which is called the Dawn of the Great Rebirth, was the Script Fire where all the scripts of the Evil Ones were burned, and with them all the words of the Evil Ones.
And the fire which is called the Dawn of the Great Rebirth, was the Script Fire where all the scripts of the Evil Ones were burned, and with them all the words of the Evil Ones.
And there, before us, on a broad summit, with the mountains rising behind it, stood a house such as we had never seen, and the white fire came from the sun on the glass of its windows.
