Some people believe that the suitability of specific jobs depends on gender because they carry distinct personality characteristics. However, I'm afraid I have to disagree with the given statement.

We live in the 21st century, where women contribute enormously in each sector. Some jobs considered only for men in the past are done mainly by women now. It is accepted that qualities and skills vary from person to person, no matter what the gender is. For example, the nursing profession was mostly preferred by women in the past, but male nurses are commonly seen in hospitals. In other words, the potential to do a job is not entirely based on gender. Ability, but not gender, becomes the primary factor in the job market.

Secondly, evaluating women and men in jobs or professions by their gender is out of date. It's easy to create gender discrimination. In modern society, old jobs have new content, and many new jobs appear daily. It's rare to say this job is specific to men and the other ...
