There is no doubt that the majority of employers give more priority to interviews because they believe that with the help of face-to-face and video conferences, they can easily judge the ability of the person...

On the other hand, some people advocate that a recruiter can not judge a person with the help of interviews because statistics have shown that most intelligent people are introverted...

To conclude, the interview and written test both will play a significant role in searching for the best candidate for the job...
